The Niagara PAL Soccer Club offers a number of youth soccer programs for boys and girls ages 3-19!!

Travel Soccer - The NPALSC travel teams compete in the Buffalo Western New York Junior Soccer League. These are competitive boys and girls teams in several age groups. League play is from early May through early August. Teams practice and play their home matches at Niagara Falls High School Athletic Complex, and The Town of Niagara Veteran's Memorial Park on Lockport Rd.

Spring Soccer Program - These sessions run from May-June. There is 30 minutes of training and 30 minutes of game play.

Summer Soccer Program - The summer soccer programs are for boys and girls ages 3-12. There are two different programs:

• Recreational Soccer The program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Niagara Falls High School Athletic Complex.  Program starts in July.
• House Soccer The program practices on a weeknight and full field games with referees are played on Saturday mornings at the Town of Niagara Veterans Park.

Indoor Soccer -  This program runs during the months of January-March.  It takes place on Sunday afternoons and the program is run out of the Niagara Community Center on 66^th Street. The program is for boys and girls ages 5-13.

Fall Soccer - This developmental program uses a 4v4 format.  It runs runs during the months of September and October.  It takes place Saturday mornings with a weekday practice. This program is played at the Town of Niagara Veterans Park. The program is for boys and girls ages 4-13.
