The Niagara PAL Instructional Elementary School Basketball League is a safe place for our youth to learn the fundamentals of the game. This basketball league is also a great place for youth to have some fun too. This program is all in part due to our volunteer coaches, refs and scorekeepers. NPAL would like to thank all of those volunteers as well as Niagara Catholic High School (Gym) and Niagara Falls Teachers Association (T-Shirt Sponsor).
